Curl Botanics products are produced without the use of parabens.
Curl Botanics products are produced without the use of phthalates.
Curl Botanics products are produced without the use of sulfates.
As a cruelty-free brand, Curl Botanics does not incorporate animal testing into our development phase or at the production level. We do not provide authorization to any third parties to perform animal testing on our products.
Curl Botanics products have a shelp life of 12-24 months.

We accept debit and credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Paypal. We do not accept cash, personal checks, money orders, or cash-on-delivery.
After an order is placed, a confirmation email is sent to the email address provided during order placement. The order confirmation email includes the order number and all of the order details. A shipment confirmation email is sent once the order ships from the fulfillment center. The shipment confirmation email includes the shipping tracking number and all of the order details.
CANCEL OR CHANGE AN ORDER

to cancel or change an order that is in Pending status. We regret that we are unable to cancel an order that is in Awaiting Shipment status.
For security purposes, we are unable to re-direct a shipped parcel to a secondary shipping address. If a shipper is unable to complete delivery to the original shipping address provided, the parcel will be returned to the fulfillment center and processed as a return.

* Applies to the continental U.S. only. Orders to Hawaii and Alaska will incur a shipping rate of $10.95 for all orders--both below and above $75.00.
Orders are typically processed within two business days. Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
When your order ships from our fulfillment center, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that includes a tracking number from a major US carrier.
Due to the nature of our products we currently do not accept returns.
Currently we do not ship international. U.S orders only.
No refunds on purchases unless received damaged. We'll most likely replace any item badly damaged during shipping so please contact us if this is the case.
DAMAGED AND LOST SHIPMENT
We do not replace packages that are lost in the mail. Curl Botanics assumes no responsibility of lost items. We ship all packages to the address provided by the customer so we will take no responsibility if you have entered the incorrect address.
We ship via USPS. If your package is lost or rerouted, please contact USPS first with the tracking number we provide to you at the time your order is shipped. They would be better able to serve you in tracking your package as we only have the same information that is available to you. If you're having any issues with USPS please contact our customer care department for further assistance.
Please provide a secure delivery address for your packages. It is wise to have items shipped to a trusted neighbor, friend or relative's address if you feel that your packages will not be safe if left at your door.
Items that are damaged in the mail should be returned to Curl Botanics within 10 business days of receipt for exchange. Please contact our customer service for a RAN (return authorization number) before shipping your damaged products back. We do not cover the cost of shipping for damaged items. We will ship them back to you free of charge.
